Did you know that Zoom allows you to schedule meetings so that you can get everyone to attend them at a date and time when they plan to be online? Here\'s how to schedule Zoom meetings in Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS: 1. How to schedule a Zoom meeting using the desktop app for Windows or Mac If you\'ve installed the Zoom desktop app on your Windows 10 PC or device, or on your Mac, the app gives you the easiest way to schedule a meeting. First of all, open the Zoom app and sign in. Sign into Zoom using the Zoom desktop app On your Zoom Home dashboard, click or tap on the Schedule button. Note that this is only an invitation for using or not using video. Regardless of whether you\'ve ticked On or Off, both the host and the participants can choose to enable or disable video during the actual meeting. Using video for the scheduled Zoom meeting The Audio settings control how you and the other participants to the scheduled Zoom meeting can talk: using Telephone, \"Computer Audio,\" or both.
