I need to have the ability to delete or archive an email from the notification as used to be in Windows 7. Such a useful feature – why did you take it away? How can it be returned?
I keep getting notifications for my eMail accounts and they are distracting and unnecessary. I am trying to figure out how to stop that. I do not use the Quick Actions feature.
Thank you! I did a Google search and this helped me to understand what some of these buttons are for. Several of them I don’t need, so I turned them off. The only thing that would be helpful to know is whether or not turning them on/off causes my laptop to run faster and/or slower. Have a blessed day!
My quick actions are on vut they are still not showing in the action center. I really need those actions especially the wi-fi because I need to easily access the wi-fi. Please help
Article was great. However, it did not help solve the problem I have been experiencing lately. I cannot find the quick action button for bluetooth on my asus laptop with Windows 10. I had it and then I received an update for my laptop a couple days ago and now I cannot find the bluetooth quick action button nor can I find the bluetooth on my laptop anymore.
Let’s just say that Quick Actions appear to be a big ol’ waste of time. The access mechanism is awkard. And the options are essentially useless, as they can all be accessed faster from the windows keys. Ergonomics haven’t improved since Win 7. Things are moved around. Shortcuts are constantly changed. And the whole interface continues to become less and less keyboard friendly, requiring a mouse for everything.

I have Windows 10Pro 21H1 & cannot seem to get Tablet mode onto my Quick Actions. Suggestions?

Would love a quick action for toggling through Windows and App light and dark modes

Why do I find the concise answer here but not on the gigantic Microsoft site?
Because we are a small team specialized in providing useful how-to content, and not a large corporation. 🙂
