I wish there was a better way to block clients per the schedule. Some Teens are not dumb and can easily change MAC ID and computer name to bypass parental controls.
Moreover, this scheduled rule should allow several entries per mac address as you can say to always block adult content to device mac address 11 and another rule for only YouTube for the same mac 11 blocking in a scheduled window.
How stupid can this be from Asus? You need to be able to block content in a time schedule as well. I do not want to block YouTube all the Time but only for a few hours per day, like for example 8 pm – 10 am.
Why is this not implemented IN Asus?
Blocking Internet access via a schedule is not practical as some games need Internet access while you want to have YouTube cut off!

Sad to see everybody is just playing copy-cat withput really thinking about real-life use cases…
If there is no stock fw having this implented.. Any idea if there is no chance in Merlin FW version?
I don’t think this feature is available in the Merlin firmware.

Can Asus come back? Anybody has an idea?

I’m afraid that feature doesn’t exist in Parental Controls apps made by other companies too, not just ASUS routers.
