Design and hardware specifications

The Lexar DDR4-3200 memory modules are available in four different storage capacities: 32 GB, 16 GB, 8 GB, and 4 GB. The one that I tested was the 16 GB model, which you can pair with one or three more to achieve a 32 or 64 GB RAM configuration on your computer, depending on how many DIMM slots you have and how much RAM your motherboard supports.

The name of the Lexar DDR4-3200 points directly to what you should expect in terms of speed: this is a memory module that runs at 3200 MT/s. Moreover, this is what you could call a plug-and-play type of RAM, as the JEDEC 3200 MT/s profile is the fastest one found on it - it doesn’t have any Intel XMP or AMD EXPO memory overclocking profiles stored. Furthermore, the CAS latency of this DDR4 RAM is 22, and the voltage it runs at is the standard 1.2 Volts.
